Nevron Privacy Policy


The privacy and security of Nevron customers and users are of primary importance. We understand your concern over the privacy of any personal information you supply to us, and your need to control this information.

Nevron is collecting only the information necessary to communicate with our customers about the Nevron products they are interested in, and/or the information required to process the sale of one of our products. We do not collect any other information, nor share any of the information we collect with anyone.
Anonymous Use of Nevron Website

You are free to visit our website, and access any information contained therein without revealing any information about yourself. Any identifying information collected in our web traffic logs is standard anonymous, domain-based information only -- and may also include information such as your browser type, the referring site/URL, the time and duration of your visit, and the pages accessed. At no time will you be personally identifiable by us, and all web server log information is used for anonymous, aggregated traffic and site activity analysis.
Collecting Personal Information

Nevron collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you subscribe to a service or register a product, for example, the information is used to register your rights, if any, to technical support or other benefits that may be made available to registered users. As another example, if you enter a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and contact you regarding the contest or prize awards. Your Personal Information is also used to keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of Nevron.

Nevron may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
Personal Information Collected During the Download of Evaluation Software

When you download one of our products for evaluation, we ask for a limited amount of personal information that will allow us to identify you in order to communicate with you effectively about the products you are interested in.

At no time will your personal information be sold, rented, or revealed in any way to a 3rd party. We will not use the information you provide to us for any purpose other than to communicate with you about our products in the most efficient way possible.
Personal Information Collected During the Purchase of Our Products

When you purchase one of our products, we ask for the standard and necessary information required to identify you and process the transaction. This includes information about you, and information about the product you are purchasing.

At present, the information collected during the purchase process includes your full name, address, telephone number, company name, e-mail address, IP address, the purchase date and time, and sufficient credit card information (type, number, expiry date) to authorize the transaction.

When you purchase one of our products, we automatically add your name and e-mail address to our database of customers in order to communicate with you in the future about the product you have purchased (including updates, fixes, enhancements and other information), and other Nevron products that you may be interested in. We will not communicate with you if you choose to disable this option and we provide a mechanism for you to opt out of this communication in the future, if you so desire.

At no time will your personal information nor purchase information (including credit card information) be sold, rented, or revealed in any way to a 3rd party. We will not use the information you provide to us for any purpose other than to communicate with you about our products in the most efficient way possible.
Definition of "Third Party"

"Third Party" is defined as anyone not a part of, nor directly affiliated with Nevron. Those directly affiliated include service providers (who, in providing services such the hosting and processing mechanisms of our websites have access to the information contained within their own systems) and resellers and affiliate sale partners (who collect customer and transaction information on our behalf).

In no case will anyone directly affiliated with Nevron use the information revealed to them for any purpose other than to provide the information to Nevron for the use outlined in the preceding sections above.
Using Personal Information

Nevron uses your personal information to:
- Make it easier for you to use the areas of our site, like the technical support area.
- Enable you to post messages in our technical support forums.
- Help us maintain and retrieve information regarding the status of your product or subscription.
- Send you information regarding product updates and special offers if you have signed up for these.

If you are a customer we will send you information on product updates. If you use our support system we will send you e-mail updates when your incident has been updated by our support personnel. If you sign up to receive updates from our site, you will be requested by email for confirmation of such requests. Only if you confirm the request will it be treated as valid.
Protection and access to collected information

The Personal Information that you provide in connection with registering yourself as a user of Nevron products or services or registering a Nevron product is classified as Registration Information. Registration Information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your Registration Information is available through a password selected by you and unique customer ID. We recommend that you do not reveal your password to anyone. In addition, your Registration Information resides on a secure server that only selected Nevron personnel have access to via password.

Personal Information that you provide that does not constitute Registration Information also resides on a secure server and is only accessible to selected Nevron personnel via password. Since this information is not accessible by you, you will not be asked to select a password in order to view or modify such information. Within Nevron, only authorized support personnel and executives have access to your Personal Information.
Updating your personal information and privacy preferences

You have the right to access and correct your personal information and privacy preferences at any time.

To update information you have submitted to us, simply login into your account from 'My Account' and select the 'Change Personal Details' option.
Changes in Privacy Policy

All "Personal Information" that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. Nevron reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site. If, as the result of such changes, you want to alter the ways in which Nevron is allowed to use your Personal Information, you can do so by following the procedure described above in the section titled "Updating your Personal Information and privacy preferences."

You will be deemed to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, any changes to the Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site after such notice has been posted for thirty (30) days with the following exception: If at the time you provide Personal Information to Nevron you are given the opportunity (as you currently are) to limit how such information will be used to communicate with you, either by Nevron or by third parties, Nevron will not change your preference in this regard without your express consent. However, if Nevron sells its business assets or operations (or the assets of a division or subsidiary of Nevron) to another entity, or Nevron (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by or merged with another entity, Nevron may provide to such entity customer information that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without your consent.
