Following are the general licensing terms for the Nevron Vision for .NET and the separate products in the suite:
- Nevron Chart for .NET
- Nevron Diagram for .NET
- Nevron User Interface for .NET
DEVELOPER LICENSE: A Developer License for the Software is required for each person working with the Software, who develops, manipulates, configures, adjusts or alters the program code or web content while integrating the Work with the Software.
Each individual developer who desires to use the Software must hold a valid Developer License. Each Developer License includes a single Production Server License by default.
DEVELOPER LICENSE FEES: The Software Developer License cost is determined based on the number of developers working with the Software for developing, manipulating, configuring, adjusting or altering the program code or web content while integrating the Work with the Software and the type of Nevron Services provided with the License (Subscriptions, Technical Support etc.).
Prices are available upon request and are subject to change. Please consult Nevron or its authorized resellers as to current fees before placing an order. All license fees are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
PRODUCTION SERVER LICENSE: A Production Server License is required for each Production Server in which the Work will be deployed and running, and for each Production Server which will be displaying charts, gauges and diagrams or graphs (graphical representations or diagrams) generated using the Software.
There is no restriction on the number of users viewing the Production Server environment and there is no restriction on the number of users viewing the charts, gauges and diagrams or graphs (graphical representations or diagrams) generated using the Software.
PRODUCTION SERVER LICENSE FEES: The Production Server License cost is determined based on the number of Production Servers in which the Work will be deployed and running, and for each Production Server which will be displaying charts, gauges and diagrams or graphs (graphical representations or diagrams) generated using the Software.

REDISTRIBUTABLE CODE: You may not redistribute any part of the Software, except the run-time assemblies (.dlls). These dlls may only be redistributed upon your compliance with the Redistributable Code License rights described in the " Nevron Vision for .NET License Agreement ".

DESIGNER LICENSE FEES: The Software Designer License cost is determined based on the number of report designers (report developers) working with the Software for developing or altering reports in SSRS.
