When placing an order you will have to log into your account. If you are not logged-in you will be prompted to Sign In or Sign Up for an account. After you place your order, your account will be automatically updated and you will be able to see the status of your order (pending or fulfilled). You should also receive 2 e-mails. The first e-mail will be from our payment service provider about the order's successful transaction confirmation. The second e-mail will be from Nevron and will include information about the software download and developer license details. As all orders are reviewed by our sales team, there may be a delay (up to 24 hours) before you receive your license details. Please allow for one business day purchase order processing time.
If, however, there are any specific issues and you request a refund, you should write to sales@nevron.com, provide details on what the case is and what you don't like in our product(s) and services. We will process the refund ASAP.
