After upgrading from 2009.1 to 2011.1 it seems that the Fill Style and Border Style settings in the "Values Grouping Editor" are no longer working.

For example, we had a stacked bar chart with three series.  The Fill Styles for these series were set to red, orange and green respectively.  Now the chart is always rendered using the pallete colours defined in the overall "Appearance" settings for the graph.   There doesn't seem to be any way of overriding this.
