I am using Enterprise version 18.5.28.12 paid and registered.
When following the Select data source i am not seeing what i expect and can't merge.
Please see the images below for more detail. and advise.

the connection string i am using is Data Source=w10Mike;Initial Catalog=Pats;Integrated Security=True
this connection string work fine with Word and my custom .NET applicaitons
When I get to this step i expect the Select Table drop down to show a list of tables in my database.
It shows nothing.
If i type a query it takes it, but i can't insert any fields.
