Watermark appeared after service pack update

How can I get rid of the watermark that has appeared upon changing our licensed version to
Nevron DotNet Vision 2019.1 for VisualStudio 2019 from the prior
Nevron DotNet Vision 2017.1 for VisualStudio 2010?
