I have looked in the help file and I found the property for PageOrientation but I cannot seem to find how to apply it code.

Please take a look at the following documentation topic:
NOV Diagram Pages
The "Setting Page Size" code example demonstrates how to set page size. To switch the page orientation just swap the width and height.
