Hi,

I try to draw a line in a XY scatter line chart. I use the following line to set line to a dash line. but it doesn't work. So what is the proper way to set it?

m_Line.BorderStyle.Pattern = LinePattern.Dash;

thanks,

Hi Jacky,

This issue was fixed in one of the SPs for Vol1 2009. What is the version of the control you're currently using?

Best regards,
Bob

Hi Jacky,

You can simply download Vol12010 - it also fixes the mentioned problem.

Hi Bob,

I download the Vol12010 and installed it.

But it didn't fix the problem. It seems to still use my old version component.

I tried to use my license key  in new version license manager. but it didn't work.

so what kind of procedure can fix the problem?

thanks,

-Jacky

Hi Jacky,

Did you update the component references in VS? Also we've changed the license keys in 2010 to a more secure format. You'll have to  request a license key change if you have a subscription from sales@nevron.com. Otherwise I'm positive it fixes this problem.

Best regards,
Bob

Hi Bob,

I tried to update the reference , but the charts would be changed to evaluation version mode.

I asked the the person who purchased the software. I think we didn't have a subscription.

I appreciate if you can post a method to solve this problem.

thanks,

-Jacky

Hi Jacky,

Well the solution is to upgrade to a more recent version. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this issue as it is related to line series painting internally. Please contact our sales to resolve the problem - probably they can apply some sort of discount...

Best regards,
Bob
