I can't figure how to enable this. I'm trying to drag nodes from the .net treeview and it will allow me to drop on the Horizontal and Vertical Rulers. But anything beyond that, It will not allow.
What am i doing wrong?

Hi Eshar,
Please, take a look at the Drawing View -> Custom Drag and Drop example which comes with the diagramming component. It demonstrates exactly what you are trying to do.
