When I start dragging an NdockingPanel, sometimes it pause - and so could not continue to dock the panel.
I could not reproduce this problem consistently, anyhow are there something I should try to look for?
Normally I happened when I added a NewPanel and start draging to re-dock position.

I got it by adding event handlers
