How can I use a solid background color in a chart instead of LightModel. ?

Hello Muhammad,
The light model does not affect the panel backgrounds. In case you are referring to the chart walls - the easiest solution is to turn off the chart lighting:
chart.LightModel.EnableLighting = false;
