Problem with label text appearing behind the label

The recent upgrade has resulted in our application labels being produced in a "flipped" manner, with the text actually appearing underneath the label box. We have struggled with this for a couple of weeks, trying to get the text back on top. Any suggestions?

Can you specify if you refer to the Chart or the Diagram components? Please, provide more details / screenshots demonstrating the problem.
