Wrong download and exception

Today I downloaded the latest Vision build which says the version should be 15.6.16.12 on the website.  After properly uninstalling the old and installing the new what I found was actually the 15.6.4.12 build.  It seems you don't have the current files copied over for download that the website says it is providing.  I was trying to download the Visual Studio 2010 Vision build for .Net.  I'll try again next week to see if you've updated the files.

Also, to check the Vision version number I opened the Nevron User Interface Examples program and when I select the menu item Help > About to see the version number I first see the following exception:
