Data goes away on zoom

I have a standard NCartesianChart with a few thousand points.  I just implemented zooming following the user guide ( http://helpdotnetvision.nevron.com/UsersGuide_Interactivity_DragTools_Data_Zoom_Tool.html ).  The zoom works on the chart, but the data goes away until I zoom back out to original size.  What option did I forget?

What do you mean by "the data goes away"? Please elaborate. Can you send an app replicating the problem to support@nevron.com?

I mean the data is not displayed until you zoom back out.

Hi Brad,
Let's schedule a short online meeting to see what the problem is - we tested the project but could not find any problems except a small problem in wheel zoom out which does not correctly center the range, which is now fixed.
