How can I specify or draw my own data points on the Chart (WinForms)

Hello.  I have a requirement to draw a wind speed chart (X-axis = time, Y-axis = speed).  The data points are supposed to be little arrows indicating the wind direction.  I assume I would need to draw these myself with code embedding?  Or how?  Thanks
