I am using this vs10 with Nevron 11.
I can not use framework 4 for my project.

Could not open the design mode, please help see the possible issue.

You can try to delete licenses.licx file from your project.

I can not use your form within VS10 for project with .net 3.5 setting.
I removed license and it recreated automatically.

The license file will always create since you have signed assemblies.
The reason I ask you to delete it is because there you might have wrong version number of our assemblies.
When you delete it and after it was recreated it should contains the correct assembly version.

To use our controls in VS2010 you need to install Nevron suite for VS2010. Also your project need to be set to work with .Net Framework 4.0 only (without Client Profile)
