Hello, I need some help please.

I have created a basic bar chart, and am trying to change the angle of the labels for the x axis (so that the text reads vertically from bottom to top).

I have gone to chart properties > Axes. I have tried changing the Label Angle under the Scale tab but nothing happens.

This works when I change it for the primary Y axis but not the Primary X axis.

Any idea why?

Hello David,
If you are using a Categorical scale, you can control the label angle from: Axes >> Primary X >> Scale >> Categorical tab.
You can change the First Level Label Angle to Scale and then enter 90 (or -90).
