This is being requested by upper executive management. I told them I'd look into it.

What is being requested is a something that reselmbles a burndown chart on top of the standard bar chart where the high point on the left can be set to a value, and the low end on the right bottoms out at 0. Please don't ask me why they are asking for this.

Has anyone ever tried anything like this?
