I was trying some things on the 15.5.11.12 build and noticed that on an NTooltip when I set the ImageTextRelation property on its content to TextBeforeImage that the image is still on the left and now it overlaps with the text.  You can easily reproduce this using the C# Examples program that comes with the Nevron toolkit through the "Extended Tooltip" example.
