I have a list that I created a chart to... easy.

Now the new requirement is to add the list as a web part to the right of the chart displaying only names, and connect the web parts so that based on what list item is selected, the chart updates with only that information.

I looked around in the forum and documentation, but couldn't find where this information is.  Is this doable?

If you can pass parameters out of the list web part into the Nevron Chart web part then they should be available as a custom parameter within the Nevron Chart configuration. Create a filter in your Pivot tab that sets the category field equal to the filter parameter and it *should* neck down your results.
