In design mode the Nevron chart doesn't show the first ('A') x axis value. When in preview mode, the first x axis value is also missing but the other values are there. This problem occurs on new reports and on all Nevron example reports.

I'm connecting to a server via remote desktop using my windows login. I had not been login to the server prior to the installation of Nevron SSRS Vision Designer and Service, which the machine has both. I'm mentioning this thinking that maybe it could be relevant. There is an addition problem that the DIBS SSRS toolbox doesn't have the Nevron Charts to choose from. The server has an Enterprise edition type license key.

If someone can help with both of these problems thanks.

You need to update the control to a more recent version - this is a bug which was fixed in one of the SP's...

ok. Can you please help me further to determine the version I have, where to download the SP and a procedure on how to install it.

I tried searching the KB and forum for answers to these questions but didn't get a hit.

I downloaded Nevron Vision for SSRS 2012.1.0 for SSRS 2012 (build version: 13.11.19.12). Is this what I should install?

I found in the Add/Remove programs that I have Nevron Vision for SSRS 2012.1.0 for SSRS 2012 Version 12.1 installed . The latest download from the home/download page shows build version: 13.11.19.12. Is this what I should download and install? Or, is there a different procedure to install updates?
