Trying to build a ClickOnce application, getting an error that the Nevron.LicenseKeyManager.exe assembly does not match the manifest. Do you have a workaround for this issue?

Why do you need to distribute the license key manager? It is not intended for redistribution - you need to only ship the relevant nevron dlls as described in this topic:
