I have installed Nevron Sharepoint vision 2010.1 for MOSS and installed licence.

However only administerators of the server do not see watermarks. Everyone else does.

The quick fix is to make 'authenticated users' admins of the folder that is controlling the display of the watermark.

Does anyone know where this file/folder is?

Hello Marianna,

Can you verify that you are using the latest version of the Nevron SharePoint Vision? We have implemented several improvements related to installation and administration.

Also, please take a look at the following topics:

To obtain the server license you need to provide Nevron Sales with the SharePoint Server Machine ID. It can be located from the web part designer: Chart / Gauge tab >> Licensing tab.

Your server license has to be included in a license file. The following instructions will assist you creating the license file:
1. Create a new TXT file in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\Nevron (for SharePoint 2007)
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\14\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\Nevron (for SharePoint 2010)

2. Include the server license in the TXT file and save it.
3. Rename the TXT file to License and change the file extension to .lic (License.lic).
4. Restart IIS.

If you still experience problems with the installation and configuration of the web parts, you can request a web meeting. Please contact: support@nevron.com

Best Regards,
Nevron Support Team
