What controls do you have in your form?
If the menu bar overlaps the docking panels you can set RootContainerZIndex of the NDockingManager to 0. This should fix the problem.

I am using nevron from vs 2010

nmenubar will alway overlap my other control in the mainform. it shown fine in design mode, but at run time the menubar just overlap.
