If i use skin enable, and userglassenable = false.
The winform boarder/caption/title/control box part will not be updated when resize - it will show as black or not refresh properly.

I try your example but no such issue, this had happened especially in XP where there is no glass mode.

Some further investigation
I found that if form.useglassifenable is on
and NskinManager.useglassifenable is off
skin is turn on nskinmanager = enable


This should get winform border not to render properly
