I have a repeating Combo Chart, with left-to-right stacked bars and a line to show national average.

I'd like to standardize the text size of the Labels so they remain legible.  Whenever I lower the height of the chart, the label shrinks to where it's illegible (possibly 3 or 4 point text).

I've tried setting Axes > Scale > Label Text Size, but to no avail.  Are there other settings that will standardize the size of the Label Text no matter if the Chart width or height size is changed?

I'm currently using Nevron SSRS Vision Designer 2012.1.
