I have created a Radial gauge that does not use any functions.  When I am in the Gauge properties window the gauge looks exactly as I want it to look.  When I go back to either the design or preview views the guage has changed. 

I am trying to use the Rounded Outline subtype.

Any ideas what to look for?

Some properties may be affected by the size of the report item, different font/size of labels etc.
On the top of the Gauge Designer, you should be able to see three buttons – Normal Preview, Fit Preview and Stretch Preview.
