I'm working with a SharePoint 2007 list. And these will be the list data.

1 2/2/2013 9:50:00 AM
2 1/2/2013 9:20:00 AM
3 10/2/2013 9:50:00 AM

I need create a simple bar chart to show the user count for 2013 by month. I used the pivot to get the data.

value : =COUNT(Fields!UserId)
group by: =MONTH(Fields!LoginDateTime)

The chart I created only show the Jan, Feb and Oct months. Is there any property or function i can use to show all the month from Jan to Dec. Even the count is 0 for that month.
