There is no shortcut method to apply uniform color to all axis elements though it's probably a good idea that we include one. For the time being however you'll need to modify all individual axis elements.

Is there a quick way to change the axis line colour, its ticks, its title and the axis labelling, without having to change MajorTickStyle, MinorTickStyle etc.
