If you use VS2010 with .Net Framework 3.5 you should use Nevron assemblies for VS2008.
You have to add them manually to your project.

You should use the assemblies for VS2010 if your target .Net framework is 4.0.

I am use vs2010
but build project in .net 3.5
Durring the runtimes i normally get this error, please me identify the problem.

Could not load file or assembly Nevron.presentation.xml.serializers 11...
