Hello,

I am using NTipOverTreeLayoutUC example to build a decision tree.
I could build the tree and working fine when I include the user control in side the "Form" tag.
But when I move the user control out of the "Form" tag, it is throwing 'NDiagramCallbackService' is undefined error.

I can't put the user control in the "Form" tag because, I already have a form tag in the master page.

Please let me know a solution which works fine out side of "Form" tag.
