Currently, you cannot apply skin or palette to this scrollbar.
We will try to fix this issue in some of the future releases.

I noticed that the scrollbar appearance in the MDI area of a Docking Panel window is not using the skin or palette specified.  To see this issue start the Nevron UI Examples program, change the skin or palette, and then launch the Docking Panels>Mdi Children Custom Frames example.  Resize the window, if necessary, to cause the scrollbars to show in the document area view where the 4 Document windows cascade in.  I'm on the 11.1.17.12 build.  Is there a way to change this to have it use the one with the skin or palette?
