Yes indeed this seems to be a bug introduced in the latest release - thank you for reporting it!
The bug is fixed and will appear in the next service pack of the Nevron Vision for .NET suite.

In last release of Diagram (WinForms) after inserting TextShape in document (in Nevron.Diagram.Designer.exe) double mouse click on TextShape do not call inplace editing.

Please fix
