Nevron Technical Support is based on a ticketing system and we have a 48 hour response policy (most questions are answered within 24 hours). We highly value our clients and will provide you with expert help and advices, directly from the people who have created the Nevron products.

We provide a number of free tickets before and after you buy a product from Nevron, as outlined below:

Pre-Sales Support

Within your Evaluation Period you can ask us an unlimited number of questions regarding our products.

In addition, you also receive 3 free technical support tickets, which you can use to request custom code snippets or a web meeting with a member from our support team. *Subject to Fair Usage

Post-Sale Support

Each Nevron customer receives 5 free technical support tickets with their purchase.

Subscription customers benefit with 10 free technical support tickets and a full year of major and minor version releases.

Additional Tickets

Additional technical support tickets can be obtained at any time. You can purchase tickets separately or in batches (including volume discounts).
